I would like to commend Jason and extend my
gratitude for an exceptional job done while
delivering the highest level of customer
service. I called Bonney after a water
pipe in my attic split from the freezing
temperatures causing severe damage to my home
and personal belongings. My bathroom
ceiling had collapsed and was now on the
floor, I had no water, no bed, and no clothes
except what I was wearing. My walls and
floors had been removed and I made phone calls
and gathered paperwork to the whirr of 9
industrial humidifiers. Jason
was extremely knowledgeable not only in regard to
plumbing, but also about Bonney's policies and
procedures. He answered my many
questions with ease and in a language that I
could understand. He worked very quickly
and actually had the repair work done in a
matter of minutes! He followed up
with a thorough inspection of all plumbing in my
home, including washing machine, water heater,
garbage disposal, etc. I understand Jason
is fairly new to Bonney....nice hire guys!
Jason was qualified, personable and
professional.......I will call Bonney again with
any future plumbing issues and maintenance!
Thanks so much for coming to my aid
on October 17-18. Two, 35 year old,
failed toilets in two days, and you sent Jason
Promes who removed the broken toilets and put in
new toilets, cleaned up, and toted away the old
stuff. He had new toilets in his truck!
The service was gracious, the toilets work, and
they even look good. I'm very grateful.

For 11 years, I have had this toilet pulled
and replaced and it still eventually leaks
again, tracking along the grout lines under the
silicone caulking. But no one ever
evaluated the toilet itself. Thank you so much
for training excellent plumbers! It is annoying
that others never checked that, but comforting
that the problem is now solved!! I am glad
that you now come to Davis!! I
will never call anyone else again!! I
